The movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain. Deep tissue massages work by breaking down the stress that can block circulation that cause pain, and inflammation, and limit movement. Our masseuses customize the massage to fit your needs.

Trigger Point Therapy Massage (50 min/$209 or 80 min/$279) - The goal of trigger point massage is to locate those active trigger points and encourage them to “calm down.” If your therapist can release the trigger point, your entire muscle will relax and function normally (and you’ll feel so much better). our massage therapist will start by palpating your muscles to identify the source of your pain (often a trigger point). They’ll then use direct pressure on the trigger point to encourage it to release. They may also include stretching, kneading, and other techniques to help the muscles relax.
